Shipping Options
1.UKZEN offers free UK shipping on most items, except liquid and powder products. 2.UKZEN delivers currently ONLY for UK. 3.Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable because they have been refused, unclaimed or the delivery address is incorrect. If this happens, we will attempt to contact you, asking if you would like the package re-sent. This will incur a further shipping cost. If you no longer require the package, the value of the items contained will be refunded, less any extra shipping costs incurred for the carrier to return the package to us. No shipping charges, original or otherwise, will be refunded. 4.If the parcel is delivered and you are not there to receive it, a card may be left asking you to collect the parcel from your local Royal Mail sorting office, which will be much closer than the nearest depot of a national carrier. Customer information (including your name, email address, mailing address, credit card information and purchase history) is protected by using secure servers that encrypt the information you input before it is sent to us. When you place an order with us, we protect your credit card information by using a secure server (SSL- secure socket layer-encryption, the Internet standard for secure transactions) for browsers that can accept it. SSL encrypts your ordering information, such as your name and credit card details so that they can't be read in transit. The financial data is available only to the banks and credit card clearing services for the purpose of processing payments. As an additional safety concern, please be assured that once the transaction is complete, your credit card details will not be stored on our database along with your other personal details. Only you know your password. UKZEN employees will never ask you for your details in an unsolicited email or telephone call. All the consumer information is stored on a separate and secure database, which is not directly accessible from the Internet.
Returns And Refunds
We guarantee refund if we have made an error with your order, or you have received your order in a damaged or faulty condition, you can return it to us within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund. Please note: We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently: 1. Wrap the item securely in its original packaging with all accompanying documentation. 2. Contact Customer Services at: info@ukzen.com who will provide you with a return address providing you are able to return your order under the returns policy outlined above. We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your refund. STATUTORY RIGHTS (UK CUSTOMERS ONLY) Cooling Off Period Under UK law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within seven working days of the item's delivery to you. We regret that we also cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of products where the item has been unsealed. Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently: 1. In the ‘order history’ section of your account page on www.ukzen.com select the 'returns' option relating to the order you wish to send back. State ‘contract cancellation’ as the return in the box provided, and enter any other details as required. 2. Wrap the item securely in its original packaging with all accompanying documentation.
